Our Founders

Vee Ncube

Vee Ncube is our Registered Manager. A dedicated and adaptable healthcare professional with extensive experience in care management, clinical support, and regulatory compliance. Vee is currently registered to deliver the regulated activities of Person Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder and Injuries. Vee oversees operations in line with Care Quality Commission Standards, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care. Vee’s background spans roles from Care Assistant to Assistant Practitioner, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Vee has worked in domiciliary care, providing care and support for people living with dementia, physical health needs, learning disabilities and those needing end-of-life support, which aligns with the service user group we will be supporting.

Pretty Sibanda

Pretty Sibanda, our Nominated Individual, has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 with extensive experience in working with elderly and mental health patients within the community setting.  She also worked with clients with learning difficulties, requiring nursing care as an Acting Nurse Manager for four years. She also has an added experience as a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health since 2020, working in the NHS hospitals, private healthcare sectors and universities (support student and staff). Skilled in pre-employment health checks, immunisations, fitness for work assessments, risk assessments, health promotion, employee wellbeing, sickness absence management, case management, as well as general health and safety at work.
